Take back Bharat Ratna from Rajiv Gandhi if he misused INS Virat: Why was Prime Minister silent on the issue for last five years

It refers to Prime Minister Narender Modi making a shocking disclosure on 09.05.2019 in an election-rally that the then Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi misused Indian Navy warship INS Virat for holidaying with friends and relations. If it is so, then it is indeed big misuse of power and needs to be condemned through strongest possible measures including snatching of highest civilian honour of Bharat Ratna and renaming all the insttutions and others named after him. Congress leaders should also immediately clarify the position.

But such an aspect should have been revealed with subsequent punitive action taken by central government in last five years of BJP regime at the centre rather than waiting to make it a poll-issue.
