TWO DESPARATE BURGLARS WITH THE RECOVERY OF AROUND 650 GRAM GOLD, 1.5 KG SILVER AND ONE STOLEN MOBILE PHONE ARRESTED FROM UP* 🔴 *BLIND CASE OF BURGLARY IN WHICH HUGE AMOUNT OF JEWELLARY STOLEN SOLVED.*

*BRIEF* With the arrest of two desparate burglars Fazil S/o Rahish R/o 25 Foota Road, Khushal Park, Loni Ghziabad, UP Age- 22 Year and Shahbuddin s/o Khairati R/o 25 Foota Road, Khushal Park, Loni Ghziabad, UP AGE-27 Year a blind night burglary case of Police Station Jagatpuri has been worked out with recovery of stolen Jewellery and Stolen Mobile phone. *BRIEF FACTS:* On 07/07/2021, a PCR call regarding house theft of Jewellery and mobile phone was received at PS Jagatpuri, Delhi where lady complainant stated that about 700 gms gold and 1.5 Kg silver jewellery and one mobile phone are stolen from her house. Alleged incident happened when the entire family members were present at home and were in deep sleep during early morning hours on the day of incident. *TEAM &* *INVESTIGATION* : Being it was a blind night bulgary case, Gold being very sentimental to any family woman and huge amount of gold and silver jewellery and savings were stolen. Different teams were formed to crack down the case. One team comprising of SI Sachin, ASI Ved Pal, ASI K P Singh, HC Amit, HC Devender, HC Deepak, Ct Adesh Ct Sachin and Ct Jagmohan under the supervision of Insp HiraLal I/C Special Staff and another team comprising SI Avaneesh Kumar, SI Rakesh Malik, ASI Ashok Kumar, ASI Anoop Kumar, HC Lokender, Ct Lokender, Ct Monu under the supervision of Insp Omprakash SHO/Jagatpuri and overall supervision of Sh. Manoj Pant ACP/Vivek Vihar were constituted. *INVESTIGATION* During investigation, CCTV footage of all cameras installed near the place of incident have been checked and analyzed. Mobile surveillance Unit of Shahdara District analyzed the CDRs of stolen mobile phone and suspected persons. With the help of technical assistance of HC Rahul Chaudhary, the IMEI of stolen mobile phone of the victim was found active in Distt Badaun. The team further developed information on ground and identified the accused persons.The team further raided and two accused namely Fazil S/o Rahish R/o 25 Foota Road, Khushal Park, Loni Ghziabad, UP Age- 22 Year and Shahbuddin s/o Khairati R/o 25 Foota Road, Khushal Park, Loni Ghaziabad, UP were arrested and on their instance stolen articles i.e mobile phones Make Samsun-M-30 and gold jewellery about 650 gm sand silver jewellery about 1.5 kg were recovered from different location i.e. near Shiv Vihar Metro Station Delhi, Loni Ghaziabad, Distt Badaun and Distt Amroha, UP. *INTERROGATION* During interrogation both accused disclosed that they used Public TSR to commit burglaries and also used to target the houses randomly. On the day of incident Fazil stolen the jewelry from the victim’s house and accused Sahbuddin was outside the house for alerting any movement of police or public. They further disclosed that they both divided the stolen articles among them and hidden the same at different locations. Accused Fazil disclosed that he hide some gold jewelry near Shiv Vihar metro station at a abandoned plot. On the instance of accused Fazil, gold jewellery about 300gm was recovered. Thereafter, on the instance of both the accused persons, gold jewellery of about 350 gms and around 1.5 kg silver jewellary was recovered from Loni, Badaun, and Amroha UP. Stolen mobile phone was also recovered on the instance of accused Shahbuddin from Badaun, UP. *RECOVERY* 1. 01 stolen mobile phone make Samsung M-30. 2. Gold Jewellery about 650gms. 3. Silver Jewellery about1.5 kg. *PROFILE OF ACCUSED PERSONS* 1. Accused *Fazil S/o Rahish* R/o 25 Futa Road Khushal Park Loni GZB. Age -22 year. He was previously involved in three cases of burglary of PS Farsh Bazar and Loni UP. He is also a drug addict and take drugs from Loni, Ghaziabad area. 2. Accused *Shahbuddin S/o Khairati* R/o 25 Futa Road Khushal park Loni GZB. He was previously involved in two other cases of burglary of PS Farsh Bazar and Nand Nagri. He is the cousin of accused Fazil.
