DELHI : GOOD WORK DONE BY THE STAFF OF PS DABRI, DWARKA DISTRICT, NEW DELHI

THREE DESPERATE ROBBER/SNATCHERS WERE ARRESTED BY THE STAFF OF PS DABRI.  ACCUSED SUMIT RAI @ BONAIS WAS NABBED, HE IS PREVIOUSLY INVOLVED IN 02 CASES OF GAMBLING ACT.

 ACCUSED NARESH AHIRWAR @GABRAL IS PREVIOUSLY INVOLVED IN 01 CRIMINAL CASE.  ACCUSED VISHAL @CHINTU IS PREVIOUSLY INVOLVED IN IN 01 CRIMINAL CASE.  ONE MOBILE LG W30 PRO WAS RECOVERED FROM HIS POSSESSION. In Dwarka District police staff is being motivated and briefed regularly to develop intelligence and to collect information about the criminals as well as suspicious strangers roaming in the area and verifying suspicious persons through the E-Beat Book of Delhi Police. They have also been directed to patrol in civil clothes & also to keep an eye on the Jail-Bail released criminals, who are involved in crime again. INCIDENT:- A case was registered on 28/06/2021 vide FIR No. 477/2021 u/s 356/379/34 IPC at PS Dabri. The investigation of the case was entrusted to HC Jagbir. The complainant alleged in his complaint that accused persons snatched his mobile and Rs 2000/- during day time on 28/06/21. The physical features/clothes worn during the time of incidents by the snatchers was noted down from the complainant. Clues were obtained by taking help of technical surveillance. On 29/06/21, the crack team of PS Dabri laid a trap near Chat Pooja Park JJ colony Bindapur in Civil dress. Keeping in view the time of occurrence, all the three accused again came towards Chhat Pooja Park for commission of fresh crime.The crack team, after matching the same Physical features of the accused persons,stopped and tried to check them, but these snatchers after seeing Police men in civil dress escaped from the grip of Police men and ran towards the narrow streets of JJ colony.Due to the coordination and supervision of crack team all the three accused were nabbed and they disclosed their identities as Sumit Rai @ Bona, Naresh Ahirwar @ Gabral, Vishal @ Chintu. During interrogation the snatched mobile was recovered from their possession and it also came to notice that the snatched money had been spent by them.The complainant also identified all the three accused persons. TEAM:- The crack team consisting of SI Sunder Singh, HC Jagbir, Ct. SandeepDahiya, Ct. Sujan, Ct. Pramod Sharma was assigned the case for working out in the supervision of Insp. Surinder Sandhu SHO Dabri and overall supervisionof Sh. Anil Dureja, ACP Dabri. The team utilized all the resources to nab the criminal by taking help of technical surveillance, secret information system and E-Beat Book of Delhi Police. The raid was conducted at residence of many snatchers. DETAILS OF ACCUSED:-  Sumit Rai @ Bona R/O JJ Colony, Pocket IV, Bindapur, New Delhi, Age 28 yrs. He has 02 Previous Involvement. (i) FIR NO. 440/20 u/s 12/09/55 Gambling Act PS Delhi Cantt.(ii) FIR NO. 0134/21 u/s 12/09/55 Gambling Act PS Dabri.  Naresh Ahirwar @Gabral R/O JJ colony Bindapur New Delhi. He is previously involved in 01 criminal case i.e. case FIR NO. 844/14 u/s 392/354/411/34 IPC PS Janakpuri.  Vishal @Chintu R/O HJJ Colony Bindapur age 25 years. He is previously involved in 01 criminal case i.e. case FIR no. 745/15 u/s 392/34 IPC PS Vikaspuri. CASE WORKED OUT:-  FIR No. 477/2021 u/s 356/379/34 IPC PS Dabri.
