DELHI-GOOD WORK DONE BY THE STAFF OF POLICE STATION DWARKA NORTH, DWARKA DISTRICT, NEW DELHI

DWARKA DISTRICT, NEW DELHI ONE FEMALE AND (01 CCL FEMALE, AGE 16 YEARS) APPREHENDED DURING INVESTIGATION OF CASE E-FIR NO. 448/21, U/S 380/457/411/34 IPC, PS DWARKA NORTH, NEW DELHI.

 TWO STOLEN MOBILE PHONES WERE RECOVERED FROM THEIR POSSESSION.  ONE CASE OF HOUSE BURGLARY WORKED OUT FROM THEIR APPREHENSION. THEY HAVE NO PREVIOUS INVOLVEMENT. Police staff is being motivated and briefed to develop intelligence and collect information about the criminals as well as suspicious strangers roaming in the area and check them under ROKO TOKO scheme of Delhi Police. They have also been directed to patrol in civil & also to keep an eye on the Jail-Bail released criminals, who have got involved in committing the crime again. INCIDENT:- On 30.06.2021, during investigation in case E-FIR No 0448/21,u/s 380 IPC, PS Dwarka North, a team comprising of HC Naveen, HC Ravi Prakash, Ct. Raju, Ct Mukesh, and W/Ct Manju arrested one girl namely Manisha Sharma @ Aarti R/o Najafgarh, New Delhi aged-20 yrs and her associate one CCL girl apprehended from Bharat Vihar Kakrola in case FIR No 448/21, U/s 380/457/411/34 IPC, PS Dwarka North, New Delhi, and two stolen mobile phones have been recovered from their possession. One case of house burglary has been worked out from their apprehension. They have no previous involvement. INTERROGATION:- On sustained interrogation, accused Manisha Sharma disclosed that intervening night of 28,29/06/21, she along with a CCL associate girl had committed a house burglary at Patel Garden, Kakrola, New Delhi and stolen two mobile i.e. one apple I phone & Realme mobile phone. She further disclosed that they are habitual drunker. They had to commit house theft to fulfill their desire. Further investigation is in progress.
